As a member of the Audi family and thus the greater Volkswagen Group, OUR CODE is a set of expectations for how we operate as a business. This shared Code of Conduct embodies our core ethical values and lays the foundation for the success of our company.

Our Company is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. If that is difficult, reach out to our HR team. Employees can also call the Ethics Hotline (1-888-228-7317). Someone will always take your call and you can remain anonymous. Your concerns will be taken seriously and whistleblowers will be protected.

Compliance and ethics form the principles that underpin our business and help make us the model of integrity that we aspire to be. We speak up – even if that feels awkward and uncomfortable. To Make a Report

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

  1. Follow the link and select the "Make a Report" link at the top of the web page.
  2. Dial toll-free, within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Canada: 888-228-7317

Follow up on a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
